Problems could be found in Russia

Language. Most of Russian including businessmen do not speak English or other language so you should have translator with you. Exclusion international and young companies oriented on international partners.
Business specif. Of course you should stay the same rules as common but Russian business world has unique specifc. There is regional and traditional specific so you should precise regional traditions of Russian business to speak the same language.
Business etiquette. Most of Russians do not know and do not use international business etiquette so better to be not surprised by their style of communication. That does not mean lack of respect to you, Russian business is very young and just learning etiquette standards.
Authority. Sometimes government is obstructing business processes due to discommunication or unefficient laws and people. Always there is a way out but it comes very specific way sometimes. So you should be ready for this actions but do not affraid of it cause always there is a way out, you just have to find the right people to help you with it.
